icistaff resellers get access to a structured partner program that includes product training, a partner portal with sales materials, and co-selling support. Partners can demonstrate and position the full icistaff module suite — from housekeeping and room status to inspections, maintenance, and guest requests — with the materials and knowledge to close deals confidently.

Implementation Support
Rolling out icistaff at a property is supported by structured playbooks and technical documentation. Implementation partners have access to API documentation, PMS integration guides, and onboarding resources that reduce setup complexity and accelerate time to value for hotel clients. We support multi-property rollouts as well as single-property deployments.
